Jiabo is an integrated manufacturer focusing on cosmetic glass packaging. We are not a trading company. We have secured dedicated production capacity by partnering with a professional glass factory for bottle forming. Our in-house facilities include an independent mold workshop, multi-functional surface decoration workshops and dedicated QC laboratory. We manage the full project chain from mold development, bottle forming coordination to diversified surface decoration and quality control.

Brand Journey
Team Foundation A group of engineers and packaging specialists with deep experience in cosmetic glass packaging gathered together. They focused on researching glass structure, mold technology and surface finishing, laying the technical foundation for the future establishment of Bowei.
Company Establishment Jiabo was officially founded. At the early stage, we focused on custom cosmetic glass bottles and cream jars, providing professional packaging development services for local skincare brands. We built our initial reputation by strict quality control and attentive technical support.
Independent Mold Workshop Launched We invested to build our independent mold workshop and recruited professional mold engineers. Before this, all molds were outsourced. In-house mold development greatly shortened the mold-making cycle and allowed us to create unique bottle shapes, protecting the originality of our clients’ packaging designs.
R&D & Surface Decoration Expansion We set up a dedicated R&D department and multi-functional surface decoration workshops. We introduced spraying, silk printing and hot stamping production lines. Continuous trials on different surface effects helped us enrich our decoration portfolio and meet growing aesthetic demands from cosmetic brands.
Supply Chain & Surface Process Cooperation We established stable partnerships with professional surface treatment factories to provide electroplating decorative effects without building our own electroplating workshop. Meanwhile, to secure stable glass blank supply, we formed a long-term strategic partnership with a professional glass manufacturer and locked dedicated bottle blank capacity. This cooperation completed our full project chain: mold development, bottle blank coordination, surface decoration and quality inspection.
Global Market Development We took part in international beauty and packaging exhibitions, and officially launched overseas market development. We built a professional foreign trade team to serve global clients. Gradually, we established stable cooperative relationships with cosmetic and skincare brands from Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions.
New Surface Craft Innovation Our R&D team successfully developed multiple decorative effects including ice texture, 3D heat transfer, stone speckle and mirror coating. These distinctive finishes give cosmetic glass bottles more texture and visual appeal, helping our customers stand out in competitive beauty markets.
Global Service & Digital Upgrade Strategy We will continuously optimize our end-to-end custom packaging service system. We will further improve our digital design, sample management and project tracking platform to make communication and project progress more transparent and efficient for global brand customers. We will keep deepening stable cooperation with high-quality upstream suppliers and enrich our decorative surface process library.
